Refund policy

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS.  WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. 

REFUND POLICY
 
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, scent free, unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the package slip with the return.

Shoe must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box will need to be placed in another box or mailer bag to prevent damage to shoes.  Failure to comply will result in a $25 re stocking fee. 

To start a return, you can contact us at urbanculture99@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your return

Cost of return is $6.00 and this will be deducted from your store credit.

Defective Items:
All defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving.  Merchandise that has been washed can not be accepted for store credit.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size you may return your item and once received, inspected and approved then we will issue you a store credit and then you may then place an order for the desired item

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once an item is marked as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
